The coffee is freshly brewed, at breakfast they give you delicious bread and butter. When there are people waiting, you will wait 30 minutes at most, but it's worth it. It's rare to see a place take so many chances and just hit a home run nearly every time. Carrot and habanero salsa on macaroni - sounds weird? It was amazing. Calabaza relleno paired with chicken stroganoff and horchata. Guess what? Also amazing. Deep fried corn full of hibiscus flowers? Yep, that was amazing too. I'm such a fan of the traditional food in this city (there is nowhere in the world quite like it) that I'm skeptical of fusion or anything experimental. However, this casual little restaurant is pushing the frontiers of an already fantastic cuisine. Eat here now. Let the chef decide what you eat. It's fun. It's new. And eventfully there will be a line down the block. ”
